Booking Informations
Arrival and Departure
The apartments are available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. We kindly ask to inform us if you plan to arrive after 7:00 pm. Guests are requested to vacate the apartments by 10:00 am on the day of their departure. The loss of the key(s)will be charged a 150€ replacement-fee.
Booking informations
Every Apartment is booked for the specific number of persons you indicated. Additional persons are only accepted after written notification and a supplemental charge.
Bread service
You can order daily fresh bred from the local bakery. An order can be placed by filling the provided purchase-form in which available products and prices are listed. The bakery will deliver fresh bread at the reception desk at about 6.00am
Children´s equipment
Kinderbetten und Hochstühle werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt (bitte um Bekanntgabe).
deposit
In order to confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30-40% of the full reservation price is needed. The exact amount will be specified in the reservation confirmation.
House rules
The house rules, which you can find in every apartment, are an essential part of the rental and booking conditions. The owner(s) must be immediately informed of any damage occurred to the building and/or the apartment's furniture and equipment. The owners are entitled to enter the flat if necessary (watering of flowers, change of linen, maintenance work, etc.)
New Year´s Eve fireworks
Shooting/firing of any kind of fireworks (rockets, firecrackers, etc.) is prohibited on the entire property of NIDO apartment . It is also prohibited to use the surrounding parking areas and meadows for this purpose. Please respect our choice, for the sake of the environment and wildlife. A wonderful fireworks show will take place at the base cableway station.
payment
The remaining amount has to be paid the day before your departure. Payments can be made in cash (Euro) or card ( Visa, Master or Debit)
Parking
The parking lot is located in front of the building. One parking space per flat. A second parking space is only available on request and for a fee.
pets
Pets are allowed on request (1 pro apartment). The pet´s fee is € 20,00 per day (without food). In case of an increased cleaning effort, additional costs can be charged.
Reservation
The reservation is confirmed only after written communication from the NIDO host. Please understand that we are not able to make binding reservations for specific flat numbers or floors.
smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the whole building and in the apartments.
Cancellation
- up to 30 days before the beginning of the holiday: free of charge
- 29 to 7 days before the beginning of the holiday: 70% of the total price of the stay
- 7 days - 1 day before arrival: 90% of the total price of the stay.
Furthermore, a free cancellation or rebooking is possible until the day of arrival under the following conditions:
- In case of classification of the country of origin as a risk area and
associated quarantine regulations upon arrival - In case of a valid travel warning for Austria/Tyrol/Region Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis and associated quarantine obligations on the return journey
- Border closures
- Official closure of mountain railroads and infrastructure operations
- Official closure of accommodation facilities
Since something can always come up and you may not be able to start your holiday as planned, we recommend to subscribe to a travel insurance: www.europaeische.at
Any deposit already paid will be credited towards a future holiday (summer as well as winter season) or refunded on request. This credit can be redeemed for a rebooking until April 2028. No price commitment for rebookings.
In addition, the general terms and conditions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Law apply (AGBH).
